Free Fitness Unlimited and Club 55 Classes begin March 24 at Schaumburg Park District

Get ready for bathing suit season at Schaumburg Park District!

The District will offer free Fitness Unlimited and Club 55 classes from March 24 to 30. Land classes will be held at the Community Recreation Center, 505 N. Springinsguth Road, and Meineke Recreation Center, 220 E. Weathersfield Way. Aqua classes will be held at The Water Works, 505 N. Springinsguth Road, and Schaumburg Tennis Plus, 1416 N. Payne Road.

Fitness Unlimited and Club 55 group fitness classes help build muscles, strengthen core and burn calories. With over 20 different classes, participants will find the class to meet their fitness needs. Fitness Unlimited classes are for ages 14 and older while Club 55 classes are for ages 55 and older.

Program participants are encouraged to bring their own towel.
