Wauconda mayor to run again

Wauconda Mayor Mark Knigge will seek re-election as part of a slate of candidates, he has announced. Knigge will run with clerk Ginger Irwin, trustees Lincoln Knight and John Barbini and new candidate Wade Meyer as the Wauconda United slate. Knigge is finishing his first term as mayor. The local consolidated election is in April 2013.
