Thank you for a successful food drive
On behalf of the board of trustees and the citizens of York Township, especially those who benefit from our York Township Food Pantry, I would like to thank the following organizations for their cooperation, support and generous contributions during the annual “Step-Up For Seniors Food Drive”: Lombard Police Department, Lombard Citizens’ Police Academy Alumni Association, Lombard Village Hall, Schroeder’s Ace Hardware, Ultra Foods, and the organizations’ many members, employees and volunteers.
Through their public spirited efforts, they have contributed significantly to improving the quality of life for many of the nutritionally challenged senior citizens and families who resident in our community.
