Lake in the Hills teen hurt in crash

A 17-year-old Lake in the Hills woman was listed in stable condition Saturday after a single car rollover accident near Miller Road and Heaven's Gate in Crystal Lake.

Police say Danielle Doran, of 300 block of Clear Sky Trail, was driving a 2001 Acura eastbound on Miller Road when her vehicle crossed the center line, left the north side of the road and struck a tree before rolling over completely. The vehicle came to a rest on the driver's side.

A Crystal Lake Fire Rescue ambulance took Doran to Provena St. Joseph's Hospital in Elgin. The crash, which happened about 12:50 a.m. Saturday, remains under investigation and no charges have been filed.
