2009-10 record: 17-12 (6-4 FVC Valley)

Top returning players: Shannon McGinnis (Sr., 5-9 F), Megan Hoffmann (Sr., 5-10 G/F), Stephanie Melone (Jr., 5-5 G).

Top newcomers: Brittany Pittas (Sr., 5-6 G/F); 8 juniors vying for playing time.

Season outlook: It looks like a rebuilding year at Gator Alley after graduation took four four-year varsity players in Katie Burton, Michelle Gaede, Jenny Hanrahan and Molly Benoit. “We are very inexperienced this season,” said McCaughn. “We have three seniors and eight juniors and the seniors have limited varsity experience. We play in a very competitive conference but the girls have a great work ethic and a desire to succeed.”
