Barnes, 34, of the 400 block of Charles Court, South Elgin, was arrested around 11:20 p.m. April 8 on the 100 block of Judith Court and charged with aggravated battery to a police officer, aggravated fleeing and attempting to elude a police officer, and traffic violations. bull; Alexander J. Bailey, 22, of the 6N600 block of Medinah, Bartlett, was arrested on the 900 block of La Jolla around 5:40 a.m. April 14 and charged with disorderly conduct. His court date is May 11.bull; Vandals damaged a seat and gear shifter on a piece of fire engine playground equipment and broke two wooden park benches at a Bartlett Park District facility, 696 Stearns Road, April 13. Damage was estimated at $1,000.bull; Vandals smashed a driver's-side window and sunroof, chipped the rear driver's-side window and dented the driver's-side door on a vehicle on Cardinal Drive April 12. Roselle Road, around 4:10 a.m. April 12 and stole a carton of cigarettes valued at $74. He was a white male, 18-21 years old with, brown hair and wearing a dark jacket and long shorts, as viewed on the store's security tape. bull; Vandals shattered the rear driver's-side window on a 2009 Mitsubishi Galant on the 1100 block of Hassell Road between 6 p.m. April 14 and 1:43 a.m. April 15. bull; Vandals knocked over a metal mailbox and wooden post at a home on the 4200 block of Eisenhower Circle. Damage was estimated at $25.Schaumburgbull; Fraanco Gonzales, 31, of the 1500 block of South 51st Court, Cicero, was arrested around 2 a.m. April 11 on Algonquin Road at Route 53 and charged with aggravated driving under the influence, illegal transportation of open alcohol and traffic violations. His court date is April 27.bull; John Zisis, 70, of the 800 block of Heritage, Mount Prospect, was arrested around 8 p.m. April 13 on the 1500 block of East Golf Road and charged with retail theft. Northwest Hwy., between 5:05 and 5:15 p.m. April 15.bull; Burglars stole loose change, calculator and sunglasses out of a 1996 Ford Escort in a parking garage at the Metra depot, 137 W. Wood St., between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. April 14. Value was estimated at $40.
