Agency serving Glen Ellyn area youth, families recieves grant funding
The Glen Ellyn Youth and Family Counseling Service (GEYFCS) is pleased to announce that the Charter One Foundation has provided generous support for the second consecutive year to the GEYFCS Community Counseling Program.
"Charter One's contribution will go a long way in helping to underwrite and supplement the reduced fees charged to GEYFCS Community Counseling Program clients," said Don Hane, executive director and lead therapist for GEYFCS. "We are truly appreciative of Charter One's continuing partnership and dedication to the well-being of youth, families and the greater Glen Ellyn community."
The GEYFCS is a community based mental health service located in Glen Ellyn providing professional counseling services predominantly to locally identified, at-risk youth and their families. Clinical services are provided at GEYFCS to help resolve concerns related to adolescent issues, depression, anxiety, effective parenting, family stress, grief, school problems, stress management, substance use and more.
