After a scoreless first half, Grayslake North kicked it into gear, getting goals from Katie McGrath (assisted by Hannah Mitchem), Jaclyn Brennan (Taylor Wright) and Maggie Stojak (Kim Shurtliff) on the way to a 3-0 victory over Woodstock North in girls soccer on Monday.

Grayslake North improves to 6-7 on the season.

Mundelein 3, Warren 0: Ashley Begrowicz and Abbey Ekstrom each had a goal and an assist as Mundelein improved to 10-6-3. Kaila Cancelli had the Mustangs’ other goal while Ashley Asher had the other assist. Goalie Melanie Swager had 3 saves for Mundelein.

Zion-Benton 3, Antioch 1: Antioch dropped to 3-8 on the season with the loss. Kali Pope scored the Sequoits’ only goal off an assist by Abby McIlhany while goalkeeper Emily Lazansky had 5 saves.
