Help this helper serve you
You might know him as the man who helped you find a parking space at the annual health and safety fair. It could be he’s the man with the yellow vest who helped you get safely across the street at Glendale Heights Fest.
Or, you might know him as the man who helped direct traffic around the flooded street. Maybe, he is the man who attended the citizens police academy with you. Were you in the CERT. training class with him? Did he assist you on election day at Hall School as an election judge?
You could know him as a member of the school board. Did you work with him at a PTA function? How about during a sporting event at Glenbard East? Did he referee one of your child’s wrestling matches? Is he the neighbor who lent you a hand? Lent you a tool?
It could be any of the above because he has always generously volunteered his time and talents. Bill Schmidt always has time for others. Now, he would like to represent the residents of Glendale Heights District 1 as their voice on the village board.
Personally, I couldn’t think of a better man or representative of the community. Bill is an intelligent, hardworking, community-minded person. He will bring not only a voice, but professionalism and experience to Glendale Heights.
As a former resident of District 1, I ask that you show your appreciation and vote for Bill on April 5, because he has always supported his community.
