This photo was taken last July at the Glendale Heights Fest. I used a tripod to stabilize my D-SLR so that I could photograph this Ferris wheel, which kept changing colors. I happened to capture a photo just as it changed to red, white, and blue. With the orange-lit stands underneath it, it looked quite patriotic at that moment. Angela Cichosz of Carol Stream
