Buffalo Grovebull; The Buffalo Grove Police Department conducts periodic checks of businesses that are licensed to sell alcoholic beverages. Investigators send an underage agent into the business without any identification on him. The agent is to attempt to purchase alcohol and if the agent is refused, he simply leaves. Ratulowski was charged with possession of a controlled substance; Stopierzynski was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Their court date is May 25.bull; Daniel W. He had placed the snowblower behind the back fence and had returned to the garage when the victim's son drove up. He chased the thief, who jumped over the fence and ran away.
