DP America FC U-11 Beat the Arlington Aces 10-4

The Des Plaines Park District Traveling Soccer Team, DP America FC, U-11 team beat the Arlington Aces, 10-4 on March 9, in the final game of the regular season. The U-11 team finished the second half of their season with a record of 7 wins, no losses; and scored a total of 40 points. DP America scored five goals in the first half to the Aces' two. In the second half, they put up an additional five points, to the Aces' two. The U- 10 Traveling Soccer team finished the second half of their season with a record of 6-2, and a total of 32 points: the U-12 with a record of 7-1 and 36 points scored.

The Winter Season games are played at the Lattof YMCA on Northwest Highway in Des Plaines. Spring soccer practices at Prairie Lakes Community Center, 515 E.. Thacker St. Players interested in traveling soccer should contact Joshua Cantres, Athletic Supervisor, at 847-391-5711.
