PTO Council hosts D-220 candidates’ forum

The Barrington Unit District 220 PTO President’s Council extends an invitation to the school district community to attend its school board candidates’ forum at 9:30 a.m. Friday, March 15, at the Village Church of Barrington, 1600 E. Main St. in Barrington. The six candidates vying for four open seats on the board are Sophia Chen-deVries, Christopher Geier, Wendy Farley, Sandra Ficke-Bradford, Penny Kazmier and Jerry Keaton. The event will start with a short period of introduction by each candidate, followed by a question-and-answer session using questions from the audience. The forum is open to the public and the event is free.
