Hanover Township Mental Health Board Approves Funding at November Meeting

The Hanover Township Mental Health Board approved $12,500 in funding at their November 20 meeting at the Township Senior Center.

The Family Services Association of Greater Elgin (FSA) received $12,500 in Capital Funds to assist in purchasing new equipment for in-home case management and telehealth psychiatry services. The agency focuses on adolescents with complex mental health needs. This fiscal year, FSA has served approximately 400 Township residents.

The Mental Health Board will meet next on December 18 at 6:30PM at the Town Hall (250 S. IL Route 59, Bartlett).

Hanover Township serves over 105,000 residents in portions of the Cook County communities of Streamwood, Elgin, Bartlett, Hanover Park, Hoffman Estates and Schaumburg.
