'Anyone Can Whistle': Runs through Oct. 10, The Skokie Theatre, 7924 Lincoln Ave., Skokie. MadKap Productions presents the Tony Award nominated musical, "Anyone Can Whistle." This musical tells the story of the mayor of a small town who tries to fake a "miracle" to boost her popularity as well as the bring tourist money to the town.
