Rosemont restaurant week
Rosemont’s annual restaurant week takes place Sunday, March 1, through Saturday, March 7, offering diners specially curated prix fixe, three-course menus at 17 different eateries.
Participating restaurants include Bub City, Carlucci, Carmine’s Rosemont, CIMA, Crust Brewing, Fat Rosie’s Taco & Tequila Bar, FLIGHT, Giordano’s, Harry Caray’s Italian Steakhouse, Hatty’s Club, McCormick & Schmick’s, Moretti’s Rosemont, Morton’s The Steakhouse, Saltwater Coastal Grill, SLYCE Rosemont, Thorn Restaurant & Lounge and Truluck’s.

Soup’s on
Global bubble tea spot Gong cha is adding tea-infused soups to the menu, and for a limited time they’re offering them for an introductory price of $3.
Their new tom yum soup, infused with Oolong tea, is tangy and savory with a little kick, while the creamy truffle mushroom is infused with a black tea.
Gong cha has suburban locations in Naperville and Northbrook.
Wing it
Local hot chicken chain Fry the Coop has added wings to their mix of sandwiches, nuggets and tenders for a limited time.
The wings are double-fried in beef tallow, then seasoned to your choice of heat level and come in 10-piece ($14.99), 15-piece ($21.99) and 20-piece ($28.99) sizes.
They have suburban locations in Bolingbrook, Darien, Elmhurst and Prospect Heights.
New menu items
Old Town Pour House, with locations in Naperville and Oak Brook, has released its first Chef Selects lineup of 2026, a limited-time menu of food and drinks that rotates every couple of months.
The current offerings, available from Feb. 25 through April 21, include Volcano Tots (Togarashi spiced tater tots, volcano crab, sriracha, soy glaze, sesame seeds and green onions for $15.95) and Steak Sliders (grilled NY strip steak, horseradish cream, caramelized onions on mini brioche buns for $21.95) on the food side.
Featured cocktails are the Mint Condition, with Jameson Irish Whiskey, Bailey’s Irish Cream, green creme de menthe and cream, and the Fool’s Gold, with High West Double Rye, honey syrup, lavender syrup and lemon juice. Both are $13.45.
Old Town also recently debuted a refreshed menu with “Lunch for Less” options and new value meals. They also added new NA drink offerings, seasonal cocktails and a dedicated vegetarian menu.
Wine dinner
SixtyFour — Wine Bar & Kitchen in Naperville will host a five-course wine dinner with the folks from Darioush Winery Thursday, March 5.
Courses, each paired with a Darioush wine, start with scallop shirazi, followed by Persian-style duck confit and then braised chicken stew. A final entree of beef kabobs is followed by baklava for dessert.
Tickets are $131.98, plus tax (includes gratuity), and can be purchased on Resy.
