Schaumburg hires new HR director from Crystal Lake

The village of Schaumburg has hired Ann Everhart, current director of human resources for the city of Crystal Lake, as its own director of human resources.

Before her more than 10 years with Crystal Lake, Everhart worked in human resources for both Longmont, Colorado, and the city of Naperville.

She earned her bachelor's degree at North Central College in Naperville and her master's at Northern Illinois University.

Everhart also serves as the current president of the Illinois Public Employer Labor Relations Association.

She will begin her employment with Schaumburg on June 1.
