Lose weight in 2008: A nonprofit weight loss club is forming for an eight-week program advising proper nutrition and exercise. You don't have to leave your home or be on any particular program for this challenge. All you need to join is the desire to not carry extra weight in 2008 and be involved in a fun, motivating group.
