MCC choir sings at Raue

The McHenry County College choir will perform in a sing-along of Handel's "Messiah" at 4 p.m. Sunday at the Raue Center for the Arts, 26 N. Williams St. in downtown Crystal Lake.

The MCC choir will join Voices in Harmony, formerly the Crystal Lake Community Choir, with both groups under the direction of Steve Szalaj.

Soloists will include Kirsten Leslie, soprano; Sue Kedzior, mezzo soprano; Peder Reiff, tenor; and Ken Whitney, bass/baritone.

Tickets are $18 or $15 with group rates available for groups of 10 or more.

"Messiah" scores will be available for purchase at the concert.
