Libertyville could get as many as 45 new parkway trees for its 2007-08 tree planting program. The village board last week approved a bid not to exceed $11,340 to St. Aubin Nursery & Landscaping Inc. of Woodstock. Parkway trees are funded half by residents and half by the village, so the village will recover 50 percent of any trees ordered. The average cost of a tree is $252.
