Computer-Assisted Genealogy Group: The Computer-Assisted Genealogy Group of Northern Illinois will meet at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, in the Schaumburg Township District Library, 130 S. Poplar Creek Prairie Stewards: Poplar Creek Prairie Stewards will hold weekly workdays from 9 a.m. to noon on Sunday, Sept. 22 and 30, Oct. 6, 14, 20, and 28, and Nov. 3, 17 and 25, at Shoe Factory Woods Forest Preserve parking lot, west side of Route 59 between Golf and Shoe Factory roads, Hoffman Estates. Hoffman Estates Commission for Senior Citizens: The Hoffman Estates Commission for Senior Citizens will hold a "Feel Good Day" for seniors from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, at the Hoffman Estates Park District center, 1685 W. Activities include a healthy meal demonstration by chef Wade Pratz of the Devonshire; manicures by Image Designer; cosmetic consultation from Mary Kay; free 911 emergency phones courtesy of sheriff Thomas Dart's office; and senior service information.
