Cary-Grove daddy-daughter dance tickets available

Tickets are now on sale for the annual Cary-Grove High School Pom Squad Daddy Daughter Dance, scheduled from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 15 at the high school, 2208 Three Oaks Road. The event attracts hundreds of local girls from preschool to eighth grade to share a special evening with Dad.

The cost is $20 per dad in advance. To register, visit the Cary-Grove High School Web site at 155.org/cg. Registration forms can be found under athletics/poms.

This year's dance is a Buccaneer Bash and includes a DJ, dancing, refreshments and a surprise gift for each daughter. The school's front entrance will be transformed into a pirate ship and island. Personalized photos will be available for each girl and her Dad for $5 each.

The annual Daddy Daughter Dance is an important fundraiser for the high school Pom Squad, which uses the funds to cover the costs of competition as the team works to qualify for the state competition.

For tickets or information on the Daddy Daughter Dance, visit=2 0www.d155.org/cg and click on Poms under Athletics. Tickets will be available at the door for $25.
