McHenry Co. man charged in drug arrest

A Lake in the Hills man was arrested on felony drug charges following a traffic stop in Streamwood Friday.

Joshuah Perez, 27, of the 4100 block of Pear Tree Drive, was charged with unlawful possession of cannabis.

Police said they found two large bags of marijuana in his vehicle containing 349 grams of the drug.

Judge Thomas Fecarotta set bond at $50,000 Saturday morning.
