Antioch

•Mark A. Lazansky, 22, 1221 Main St., Apt. 2B, Antioch, and Jeffrey M. Allen, 21, 23561 Briar Terrace, Antioch, were arrested around 12:15 a.m. Oct. 15 and charged with burglary to motor vehicle after stealing electronics equipment out of a 2003 Chevrolet station wagon on the 24100 block of West Hawthorne Lane, out of a 1994 Toyota pickup truck on the 23600 block of West Bayview Road, and out of a 1986 Chevrolet Blazer on the 41500 block of North Lakeview Terrace, the Lake County sheriff's office said. Total value was estimated at $140. A court date was not available.

Gurnee

•Thieves stole two credit cards and a driver's license Oct. 13, but reported Oct. 21, out of a locker in a men's locker room at Golds Gym, 1655 Nations Drive, police said. According to reports, the cards were used at various places in Gurnee; value was estimated at $3,000.

Lake Villa

•Burglars stole a men's wallet between 6 p.m. Oct. 15 and 7 a.m. Oct. 16 out of an unlocked 2005 Ford pickup truck parked at a home on the 21300 block of West Nielson Drive, the Lake County sheriff's office said. Value was estimated at $100.

Lake Zurich

•Vandals broke a wooden shutter around 4 p.m. Oct. 20 on the 500 block of Red Bridge Road, police said. Damage was estimated at $200.

•A thief stole an MP3 player around 7 p.m. Oct. 21 from a victim riding his bike near Golfview and Prospect roads, police said. Value was estimated at $100.

Lincolnshire

•Thieves stole a wallet at a business in the 100 block of Village Green, reported Oct. 22 at 1:08 p.m., police said. No value estimate was available.

•Alexander Nikonchuk, 33, of 32 Seneca Avenue East, Hawthorn Woods, was arrested at 4:35 p.m. Oct. 24 and charged with unlawful possession of cannabis, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop on Route 21 at Route 22. Nikonchuk was also charged with no proof of insurance, no valid registration and improper display of registration. His Mundelein court date is Nov. 17.

•James M. Brizzolara, 62, of 1530 N. Vail Ave., Arlington Heights, was arrested at 10:32 p.m. Oct. 24 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and blood alcohol

concentration of .08 or greater. He also was charged with no proof of insurance and improper lane usage. His Waukegan court date is Nov. 21.

Round Lake Beach

•Vandals smashed a rear bedroom window around 8:25 a.m. Oct. 20 at a home on the 1400 block of Oak Avenue, police said. A damage estimate was not available.

Vernon Hills

•Brian M. Christie, 19, 2890 Blackthorn Road, Riverwoods, Justine T. Cashman, 20, 913 Pebble Drive, Wheeling, and a 16-year-old boy were arrested Oct. 18 at Grosse Pointe Boulevard and Napier Court after an officer saw them acting suspiciously outside a parked car, police said. Christie was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and unlawful possession of a weapon after the officer found him with brass knuckles, and he admitted the marijuana found in the car belonged to him, reports said. Cashman was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia after the officer found him with marijuana and a glass drug pipe, reports added. The teenage boy was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, reports said. Court dates were not available.

•Daniel M. Roeder, 17, 6 Shenandoah Lane, Hawthorn Woods, was arrested Oct. 19 at routes 45 and 83 and charged with possession of alcohol by a minor after an officer stopped his car; he admitted drinking alcohol and the officer found a case of beer in the trunk, police said. His Mundelein court date was set for Dec. 8.

•A customer left with merchandise and refund money around 3 p.m. Oct. 18 at Ace Hardware, 425 W. Liberty St., police said. A value estimate was not available.
