Lake County prostitution sting

A Deerfield Township woman was released on $100 bond after being charged with misdemeanors in connection with a prostitution service police say she was running from her home.

Lake County Sheriff's police say they have been investigating Robin O'Grady, 51, of 1049 Dogwood St., for about four months after receiving complaints of heavy vehicle traffic at her home.

Investigators located a Web site where O'Grady was offering massage and sexual services, and scheduled an appointment for an undercover investigator Thursday.

Once inside her home, the investigator agreed to pay $225 for sex and O'Grady was arrested, polie said.

She is charged with prostitution and keeping a house of prostitution, both are punishable by up to a year in the county jail. She is due to appear in court May 21.
