Basketball coaches wanted: The World Class Basketball Association currently is looking for head and assistant coaches for its spring and summer travel seasons. Baseball/softball
Youth competition: Roselle Rampage will host a free Major League Baseball Pitch, Hit & Run Competition for area youth from 4 to 6:30 p.m. Sunday at Alexian Field, home of the Schaumburg Flyers.
The program provides youngsters with an opportunity to compete, free of charge, in a competition that recognizes individual excellence in baseball skills.
Competitors are divided into four age divisions: 7 to 8, 9 to 10, 11 to 12, 13 to 14, and have a chance to advance through four levels of competition, including team championships at major league ballparks and the national finals at the 2008 MLB All-Star Game.
The individual pitching, hitting and running champions, along with the all-around champion in each age group at the local competition will be awarded and advance to the sectional.
All participants must bring a copy of their birth certificate and fill out a registration/waiver form prior to the start of the competition.

Soccer, both day and residential, girls and boys basketball, volleyball and baseball camps are offered.
