Attend reception for art exhibit

Women can learn how to be healthy

Elite Athletic Development, Inc., 12 W College, Unit B, Arlington Heights, will offer free health and fitness programs in conjunction with National Women's Health Week, May 12-17.

The free programs encourage women to improve their physical and mental health and include Group Centergy, a combination of yoga and Pilates movements set to popular music; workshops with a registered dietitian; a track interval workout; and group strength training.

See 'Footloose' at Rolling Meadows

Prospect High to hold its concert

Prospect High School's Department of Fine and Performing Arts will present its Spring Jazz Concert at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, in the school theater, 801 W. Kensington Road, Mount Prospect.

The concert will feature Prospect's Jazz Ensemble I and II, the vocal jazz ensemble, Knight Voices and renowned jazz trombonist Steve Turre from the Saturday Night Live Band.
