Kirk School 2008 Spring Showcase of Arts and Crafts: Saturday from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. and Sunday from 10:30 a.m.-4 p.m., Samuel A. Kirk School, 520 S. Plum Grove Road, Palatine. Original, handcrafted media by more than 90 artists, raffles, bake sale, cafe serving snacks and lunch. Free parking. Admission $3 donation at the door. Very Interested Parents Club of Schaumburg High School annual Spring Art and Craft Fair: Saturday from 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Schaumburg High School, 1100 W. Schaumburg Road, Schaumburg. Featuring 120 crafters and artists in a variety of media from all over the state. Concessions available, bake sale, free parking, handicapped accessible. Admission $1 for adults, free for students and children.
Easter in the Country Arts, Crafts and Bake Sale: March 8 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. at Sandwich High School, Lynn Haskin Grade School and Sandwich Middle School. More than 140 crafters in a variety of media, lunch available at the high school and middle school, door prizes, bake sale. A shuttle bus service will provide access to all three buildings. Admission $2, no strollers allowed.
