Rep. offers scholarship to 66th district students

State Representative Carolyn Krause is offering applications for eight General Assembly Scholarships to students who reside in the 66th Legislative District. These one-year scholarships cover tuition charges only for graduating high school seniors and/or undergraduate students.

Eligible colleges are: the University of Illinois (Champaign-Urbana, Chicago or Springfield campuses), Chicago State University, Eastern Illinois, Governors State, Illinois State, Northern Illinois, Northeastern Illinois, Southern Illinois or Western Illinois.

The 66th Legislative District covers parts of Mount Prospect, Elk Grove Village (east of Route 53), parts of Rolling Meadows, the southeastern part of Arlington Heights, portions of Des Plaines and Schaumburg (east of Meacham Road).
