Learn to balance your workspace

The Bartlett Women's Business Council of the Bartlett Chamber of Commerce will hold a seminar, "Balancing Your Workspace," at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Joyce Kosinski of Design in Balance will discuss how to design your workspace using the principles of feng shui to enhance workflow, increase productivity and obtain balance in your professional environment.

The event takes place at Bartlett Fire Station No. 1, 234 N. Oak Ave. The cost is $5 at the door. To register, call the chamber at (630) 830-0324.

Dance classes start in Streamwood

The Streamwood Park District's evening dance classes start Tuesday at the Community Center, 777 Bartlett Road.

Discover the world of ballroom dancing, the waltz, cha cha, fox trot and others.

Also available are Spicy Salsa and Latin Dance classes. Learn to salsa, rhumba, tango and more.

Harper holds Tech Night Wednesday

Harper College will hold its Tech Night at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Harper Professional Center, 650 E. Higgins Road, Suite 9 South, Schaumburg. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.

Seminars include: project management, game development, computer graphic arts overview, CompTIA convergence, radio frequency identification, and selling yourself as a technical professional.
