Meet sports writers at St. Michael today
St. Michael Parish will present "Meet the Sportswriters" at 7 p.m. today at the parish center, 314 W. Willow St., Wheaton. The event will feature Gene Wojciechowski, Phil Rogers and Rick Morrissey. St. Francis to give its entrance exam

St. Irene School to do Casino Night

Register at library for winter reading
The Warrenville Public Library will begin registration for its reading clubs, "Remember, Celebrate, Imagine @ Your Library," Saturday at the library, 28W751 Stafford Place, Warrenville.
The club is open to adults ages 16 and older and children ages 2 to 15. Participants must have library cards and complete six activities between Saturday and Feb. 28 to be eligible for the prize drawings.

Students to display their works at COD
Designs by College of DuPage Advertising, Design and Illustration students will be on display through Feb. 7 in the Wings Student Art Gallery on the first floor of the Student Resource Center at College of DuPage, 425 Fawell Blvd., Glen Ellyn.
The works explore the client-designer relationship and the role of design in the economy, politics and culture.
Admission is free and open to the public. The gallery is open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays, 1 to 5 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Fridays.
