Get your H1N1 vaccine at the McHenry Health Department

McHenry County Department of Health has scheduled its next community clinics for H1N1 vaccine from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 6, at McHenry County College, 8900 Route 14, Crystal Lake, and 4:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 9, at Jacobs High School, 2601 Bunker Hill Road, Algonquin.

Priority groups for the injectable and nasal vaccine include individuals ages 6 months to 24 years; caregivers of infants less than 6 months of age; those ages 25 to 64 with chronic health conditions; health care workers; and first responders younger than 50 years of age. Pregnant women should call for an appointment.
