Roselle police searching for flasher

Roselle police are investigating a report of a naked man who jumped out of some bushes in front of two teenage girls just after 11 p.m. Thursday near the Schaumburg Metra station.

The mother of a 16-year-old girl told police her daughter was approached by the naked man while walking with a friend on Travis Parkway, near Brittania Way on the west side of Roselle.

Police said a white male, about 50 years old, with gray hair and a heavy build, standing about 5 feet 7 inches, jumped from the bushes. He never touched the girls or attempted to run after them, police said, but the girls immediately fled and reported the incident to their parents.
