Dzialo lauded for preparing players

My wife and I wanted to write on how disappointed we were with District 300 for removing Coach Jim Dzialo from the Jacobs High School soccer program.

However, we have decided to be politically correct, seeing that is the way we are supposed to do things nowadays. We would like to thank Coach Dzialo for his dedication to the Jacobs High School soccer program.

First, we would like to thank him for the Jacobs High School soccer field. Without his vision and dedication to the program, Jacobs would not have the best grass lighted soccer field in the area - if not in the state.

Secondly, Coach Dzialo tried to instill a hard work ethic and dedication in his soccer players. Jacobs didn't always have the greatest soccer players. However, because of their conditioning they were able to win games by outworking many more talented teams. That doesn't just happen. It takes a good coach to get his players ready for those situations. Kind of like life. You may not be the most talented person; however, if you work hard and are dedicated to whatever you do, you will become successful.

Thank you, Coach Dzialo, for helping our son and other Jacobs soccer players getting prepared for life on and off the soccer field.
