Mini golf at the Morton Arboretum
Wonder Woods Mini Golf returns to the Morton Arboretum, 4100 Illinois Route 53, Lisle. The nine-hole course includes tree-themed features from giant mushrooms to larger-than-life bugs and acorns. It’s for players 4 and older. The Arboretum’s timed, dated admission starts at $16.95 for adults and $10.95 for kids 4-17 and seniors 65 and older. Dinos! at Brookfield
This summer, Brookfield Zoo Chicago is hosting 35 life-size dinosaurs as part of the new Dinos! experience. Visitors can participate in a “dino dig,” explore a rib-cage tunnel, experience a T. Chicago museum celebrates hometown artist
The National Public Housing Museum, 919 S. Ada St., Chicago, hosts the first hometown solo exhibition by artist and Chicago native Nathaniel Mary Quinn, who is known for his collage-style paintings and his “paint-drawing” technique. “Nathaniel Mary Quinn: A Love Letter to My Mother” examines memory, identity and survival, and includes a re-creation of his childhood home in the Robert Taylor Homes.
