Cantigny’s Voyage en France returns with French market, art and performances
Cantigny's annual Voyage en France will offer a day of French-inspired fun and cultural celebration, featuring a French market, art activities, performances, and photo opportunities.
It will be 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, July 20, at Cantigny, 1S151 Winfield Road in Wheaton. Advance admission is $15 for age 16 or older. It will be $20 at the gate. Children, age 15 or younger, are admitted free.
Immerse in the charm of France while roaming the gardens or shopping at the Bensidoun’s open-air French market.
Discover the DuPage Art League plein air painters in action throughout the park and explore Voyage’s first “plein air” art show in the Visitors Center lounge.
Try your hand at pétanque, the classic French sport, or watch Chicago Pétanque Club’s seasoned players in action. It’s fun for all ages!
Music & dance
Enjoy musical and dance performances throughout the park.
Stirred Not Shaken will perform the best of the American songbook with 45-minute sets starting at 11 a.m., 12:30, 2 and 3:15 p.m. in the beer garden.
Salt Creek Ballet returns with two ballet performances (11 a.m. and 1 p.m.) and a hands-on family activity (12:30 p.m.) in the Rose Garden.
In the Gravel Garden Lawn, I Cancan Dance returns with two performances (noon and 1:30 p.m.) and two dance classes (12:15 and 1:45 p.m.)

Discover the brilliance of French ingenuity at the “Science Magnifique” station, and immerse yourself in the enchanting sights, scents, and sounds of “Monet’s Garden: Scent and Sound” with an interactive art experience that engages all your senses.
Stop by one of the many photo stations, including the iconic Eiffel Tower replica.
Learn about the French language and francophone culture with the Alliance Franĉaise de DuPage.
Visit the McCormick House for self-guided exploration from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. McCormick House access is included in the Voyage en France ticket price.
Curated tastings
Embark on a flavorful journey through three iconic French regions with a curated tasting of wines and perfectly paired bites. Discover the art of pairing as you sip and savor the tastes of France, including “Bordeaux” with rich Château La Grange Clinet Reserve with sweet petit fours; “Loire Valley” with crisp Comte Sancerre Rosé paired with creamy brie, toasted baguettes, and poached pear; and “Burgundy” with smooth Les Allies chardonnay accompanied by a savory steak frites skewer.
