• The company also promoted Denny Sims to senior resident engineer.
Sims helps lead the resident engineering team to ensure construction projects meet specifications and compliance standards. He is committed to mentoring young professionals interested in construction engineering. The team helps project managers by addressing field concerns efficiently. Sims joined Fehr Graham in 2022 and works in the firm’s Aurora office.
• Another longtime employee Alberto Sanchez has been promoted to project manager.
Sanchez manages the CAD staff, oversees project coordination and leads quality control and assurance during plan reviews. He also coordinates survey work for the firm’s Aurora office and contributes to site design through drafting and design work.
In his new role, he will continue these responsibilities while leading the resident engineer team in Aurora. He also manages client relationships, oversees several projects and plays an important role in construction administration. Sanchez joined Fehr Graham in 2013.
