Adios, Nacho Burger

The Bien Trucha Group announced that Nacho Burger in Geneva closed over the weekend. The space next door to the original Bien Trucha restaurant on State Street has been an incubator over the years that helped nurture concepts such as a toda madre, Little Donkeys and their sauce line, Sabores Chingones. The company says that as they work on their next idea for the space, it will be used as an extension of Bien Trucha. They also said they’re looking for a new home for Nacho Burger.
