Realtor Beth Kaim Wins Prestigious Awards
Beth Kaim Wins Mainstreet Organization Of Realtors Production Awards for transactions and sales.
The Mainstreet Organization of Realtors recognized Beth Kaim as a top Realtor in its 2022 Production Awards. Kaim was awarded two of Mainstreets prestigious awards. The Platinum award for top one percent in sales and the Gold Award for top three percent in transactions. Awards are given to recognize top Realtors for their outstanding work across the Chicagoland area.
Beth Kaim has been a Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices American Heritage for the past 8 years. In that time Kaim has received many designations and certifications including Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Luxury Property Specialist and many more. Kaim was named the number 1 Realtor in her office for 2021 and 2022. In addition, Kaim was just awarded the BHHS's Chairman's Circle Gold Award for being in the top two percent of the BHHS network nationwide. Kaim is currently the President of the Community Character Coalition of Elk Grove Village and is a Director in the Elk Grove Lions Club. The Production Awards highlight the top-performing Mainstreet Realtors of 2022. The award categories include Individual Residential,Residential Team and Commercial. Awards are given to the top three percent in sales and/or transactions in each category.
