Local Business Leaders Team Up to Sponsor A Christmas Carol at Metropolis

Two Arlington Heights business leaders with deep ties to the community have teamed up to serve as title sponsors for this year's run of "A Christmas Carol" at the Metropolis Performing Arts Centre. David Schwabe of The Schwabe Group, a part of Compass Real Estate, and Dave Hogaboom of Capital Point Financial Group, have made the commitment to support this holiday tradition in Arlington Heights.

"A Christmas Carol is a long-standing part of our history of providing quality entertainment to Arlington Heights and surrounding communities, and the support of great local businesses like these is critical to our success."

Schwabe and Hogaboom are long-time residents of Arlington Heights who also sponsor key community events like The Sounds of Summer concert series, the Arlington Heights Special Events Commission events like Harmonyfest and Hearts of Gold, as well as many school and community group initiatives.

A Christmas Carol will run Dec. 1 through 24 at Metropolis and is annually one of the most attended shows in the season.
