'The Last Days of Jesus Retold' at Christ Church

Palm Sunday, April 10 marks the beginning of the Christian Holy Week for believers around the world. Christ Church invites the public to experience why the retelling of these millenniums-old narratives are yet meaningful today.

The church will explore the days leading up to Jesus' last supper on Maundy Thursday, the crucifixion on Good Friday, and the resurrection on Easter.

Contemporary worship services titled, "Journey With the Savior," will be online and in person at 9 and 10:45 a.m. at the Oak Brook campus and 10 a.m. at the Butterfield campus.

The services will include music, worship and a dramatic reading that re-enacts moments of Jesus' life during His last days with His disciples.

Admission is free and child care is provided for children age 4 or younger.

An Easter egg hunt with take place at 11:30 a.m. Sunday, April 10, at Christ Church Butterfield located at 2S361 Glen Park Road in Lombard, and between 2:30-3:45 p.m. Sunday, April 16, at the Oak Brook campus at 501 Oak Brook Road.
