Northbrook man killed in 6-vehicle Glenview crash

A Northbrook man was killed in a six-vehicle crash Saturday morning in Glenview, authorities said.

Young Park, 73, was pronounced dead at Advocate Lutheran General in Park Ridge after the crash at West Lake Avenue and Milwaukee Avenue at 10:50 a.m., according to a news release from the Village of Glenview.

Four other drivers were injured. Three were taken to NorthShore Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview and were stable. Another driver was stable at Lutheran General.

The sixth driver was uninjured.

It's still unclear what caused the crash, so police haven't issued any citations, the news release said.

Glenview Police and the North Regional Major Crimes Task Force's Major Crash Assistance Team were continuing to investigate the cause of the collision.
