Nominations now open for Supervisor's Community Service Awards

Nominations are now being accepted for the 2022 Annual Hanover Township Supervisor Brian P. McGuire Community Service Awards. The awards are designed to recognize organizations and individuals who volunteer their time to make Hanover Township an outstanding place to live, work and raise a family.

Individuals and organizations can be nominated in the follow categories:

• Adult Volunteer (ages 18 and older) Service Award

• Senior Volunteer Service Award

• Business Community Service Award

• Service Club/Organization

• Youth (under 18) Volunteer Service Award

Awards are selected by a committee of dedicated volunteers from the community. Committee members include: Lorrie Glaser-chairwoman, Lori Ann Airdo, William Henderson, Kerrie Trebonsky and Mary Wojtczak.

Award applications are available at the Hanover Township Town Hall, 250 S. IL Route 59 in Bartlett, or online at www.hanover-township.org.

Nominations are due no later than Feb. 25

Candidates will be judged on their leadership, commitment and impact in the community.
