Maine West HS '61-60th Reunion

Maine West High School Class of 1961, the second graduating class from "brand new" Maine West, had its 60th reunion Sept. 13-14, 2021. It's their 16th reunion in 60 years with classmates coming from IL, CO, MD, VA, WI, CA, KS, FL, AL, ID, WA, IN. They enjoyed pizza and socializing at Lou Malnati's on Monday evening and a luncheon and socializing at Manzo's Banquets on Tuesday. Several classmates took a tour of Maine West on Wednesday to see how it has changed/is changing. Donations made by classmates will be given to the Maine West Alumni Scholarship and Emergency Funds. Over 1/3 of the class of over 600 graduates have passed away. Only 8 graduates have not been located.
