Glenview resident earns prestigious business award

Justin Breen, the founder/CEO of BrEpic Communications LLC, won a Silver Trumpet award from the Publicity Club of Chicago at the 62nd annual Golden Trumpet Awards competition in June. BrEpic has won a Golden or Silver Trumpet in all four years it has been in business.

The competition, which was held virtually, featured entries from the greater Chicagoland area, and is known as the premier public relations industry award program in the Midwest.

BrEpic won a Silver Trumpet award in Media Relations for a media campaign promoting BrEpic partner WorldWise Tutoring, a full-service tutoring company that offers in-person services in Chicago, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Austin and San Antonio.

Breen is a Northbrook native, Glenview resident and graduate of Glenbrook North High School.

"It's a tremendous honor to win such a prestigious award in all four of the years BrEpic has been in business," said Breen, whose company in 2020 won a Silver Trumpet in Media Relations for a media campaign for client Badu Tax Services, in 2019 won a Golden Trumpet in Media Relations for a media campaign for client Cofield Advisors, and in 2018 won a Silver Trumpet in Media Relations for a media campaign for client the Chicago Academy for the Arts.
