Coach's Corner: Spartans have a good showing at conference meet
Glenbrook North also had a good day at the track in Evanston last week.
Seniors led the way with Graham Peterson winning conference championship in the 400-meter run.
Senior Nick Redstone took fourth in the 800, while Connor McHugh took third in the pole vault, Nick Ihrke placed fifth in the 1,600, Kelechi Nwokenkwo was fourth in the 100, and another senior, Aiden Degabli, finished third in the triple jump and fourth in the long jump.
The Spartans will be competing in today's sectional meet at Glenbrook South HS.
