Summer Camps Offer Ways to Play Every Day!
Make memories while staying active and engaged at Northbrook Park District Summer Camps!
Included in the summer 2021 lineup are camps focusing on sports, theatre, golf and outdoor play. Camps are open to ages 5-14, with a preschool camp available for ages 3-5. The District is also offering summer school extension camps, as well as pre- and post-season camps to coordinate with various school start and end dates.
A 10% discount is available for most camps through Monday, May 3. To provide flexibility, families can register by week for most camps. Extended care is also available before and after most camps.
"After a year of so many changes, we wanted to offer a variety of camps that meet the various needs of families in the community and accommodate summer school schedules and work schedules," said Katie Kotloski, Recreation Division Manager. "We're excited to welcome everyone back for a wonderful summer filled with friendships, fun and amazing activities!"

• Summer Warm-Up (ages 5-13) June 7-11
Jump into summer with this pre-season camp featuring crafts, sports
and games.
• Camp Sunshine (ages 3-5) June 14-August 6
Preschoolers will join in arts and crafts, sports, games and
scavenger hunts based on daily themes.
• Summer Escapades (ages 5-13) June 14-August 6
Enjoy activities, games, arts and crafts and outdoor play in a
classic camp atmosphere.
• Sports Adventures (ages 5-13) June 14-August 6
Campers will participate in a variety of sports, special events and
structured tournaments.
• Theatre Features (ages 5-13) June 14-August 6
Explore creativity and learn various aspects of theatre each day,
including acting, dancing, singing, design and performance taught by
qualified, experienced performing arts professionals.
• Theatre Arts Workshop (ages 11-14) June 14-August 6 *Registration is
available by session.
Hit the stage in this musical-focused camp, where participants are
cast in an hour-long musical production the will be performed at the
end of the session.
• Northbrook Golf Academy Youth Golf (ages 5-14) June 7-August 13
Youth golfers receive personalized instruction with daily on-course
play.
• Awesome August (ages 5-13) August 9-September 1
Extend the summer fun with an extra week or two of camp! Enjoy
exciting activities, outdoor play, arts, crafts and games.
Summer School Extension Camps:
• Afternoon Adventures (ages 5-13) Session I: June 14-July 2; Session
II: July 6-23 *Registration is available by session.
Students enrolled in School District 27's Math or Reading
Intervention program can extend their school day with an afternoon of
fun. Activities include outdoor and indoor games and sports in an
engaging day camp atmosphere.
• Beyond the Bell (ages 6-12) District 28: June 9-July 2; District 30:
June 15-July 16
Enjoy arts and crafts, games and themed activities, with bus
transportation from Westmoor School and Maple Junior High School.
