Free beginner Aikido lessons for one year for adults and teens

Arlington Heights, IL: The Aikido Resolutions Foundation & The Aikido International Foundation will be offering free beginner Aikido lessons to adults and teens for one year, starting April 1, 2021, at Ryoshinkan Aikido Dojo in Arlington Heights, IL. "We've all been through so much this past year," said Tim Spies, founder of the Aikido Resolutions Foundation. "This is our way of giving back to the community and passing along skills we think everyone can benefit from."

Aikido is a Japanese martial art that focuses on developing unity between the body and mind. Through Aikido training, students will learn skills in self-defense and meditation, which will help them effectively deal with the stressors and interpersonal conflicts that we all experience daily. All levels physical ability are welcome. No prior knowledge required.
