Leslie Goddard as Suffragist Alice Paul: Virtually from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 16, Glencoe Public Library. Alice Paul was one of the lead strategists in the fight to win votes for American women. Historical interpreter Leslie Goddard will take you back to the 1910s to meet Alice Paul when she was at the peak of her suffragist efforts. This program commemorates the 100th anniversary of the passage of the 19th amendment. This program will be recorded and available for two weeks following the event.
