Glenbrook North senior football players Jackson Carsello and Drayton Charleton-Perrin on Wednesday signed letters of intent to a pair of NCAA Division I programs, Northwestern and Ball State, respectively. Carsello, a 6-foot-4, 270-pound offensive tackle, chose the Wildcats from among 30 scholarship offers. All-conference in the Central Suburban League South, he is a team captain and is a three-year starter. The 6-4, 230-pound Charleton-Perrin, a four-year starter and team captain, is an all-conference pick who last season at tight end caught 25 passes for 256 yards, 3 touchdowns, and on defense made 43 tackles, 3 for loss. He had 12 scholarship offers.
